Folded Business Cards

A folded business card has two sections. The main section should contain all the essential information. The location of the business-dealing facility should be clearly visible, anytime someone picks up the business owner’s card and gazes at its words and graphics. All the vital contact information ought to appear in the same section. However, a folded item allows for introduction of new information.

Folded business cards are perfect for announcing a new product line. Graphics on the items from the “first printing” might have a lovely design, perhaps one that focuses on the original product line. The availability of an added section facilitates the sharing of details about any new product.

Sometimes a fold contains space for “note taking.” Thus, the person who receives the folded cardboard piece has a place for jotting down facts learned, usually facts linked to the money making facility run by the card’s “sponsor.” At some point that same “sponsor” might want to use that space for adding a few written remarks. Those remarks could supplement the printed material on the area that resulted from a card-maker’s intentional folding action.

Of course, the holder of such an item does not always have a reliable pen.
